The number of Moroccan NGOs has grown in the past decades, yet many struggle to stay afloat. This research helps Association Anoual in developing an incubator that provides training and support to these struggling NGOs.. We conducted interviews with alumni of Association Anoual programs, established NGOs/social enterprises, aspiring NGO founders, and existing incubators/capacity-building experts to identify the needs of Moroccan NGOs. Our research was presented to Association Anoual, and we developed an incubator program tailored to their capabilities.
