Combating Food Insecurity Through Greenhouse Optimization and Education
PublicThis project addressed food insecurity at Quinsigamond Community College by offering recommendations to optimize their new greenhouse to best handle a program that can help food insecure students through an education plan. We did this by putting together a comparative case study of 4 greenhouse programs that involved interviews, observations & document collection regarding their greenhouse design, any programs related to education and food insecurity in their community.
