Health communication -- countering barriers to health care for hepatitis C-infected Vietnam veterans

Public

This project explores successful ways to communicate health information for private and public consumption, specifically ways to counter the stigmatization and other barriers to health care associated with hepatitis C infected Vietnam veterans. In doing so, I produced two documents: the first, "What Every Veteran Should Know About Hepatitis C," is a revision of an American Liver Foundation brochure; the second, "Countering the Vet Hepidemic" attempts to capture the style of the New York Times Magazine, a general interest publication.
