Sunday Jan. 11 1948 Elise and I went to church this moring. Were alonefor dinner. [Drawing: 2 pullies, A and B, with belt C] These two sketches show a model of a mower drive T.W. Paul devised. A represents pulley on end of crank shaft [Drawing: Same as first drawing on this page except pulley B is in a differnt spot] Pulley"B" swings into and out of belt C. when mower bar breaks back when mower bar strikes an obstruction.
